The fragrance when you enter this hotel .. very refreshing .. staff is welcoming specially Noman and Ahmed both were super courteous and helpful they arranged bed for our kids on request .. booked a studio apartment .. just one complain thr used to be smell of smoke in room after cleaning otherwise thr breakfast ,, thr staff hotel management everyone was really helpful

The staff were very helpful and polite especially the guy setting in the reception Faisal was his name The room was very nice and comfortable and clean All and all it was a nice experience definitely will do it again

The best apartment hotel I have ever stayed in. We ended up booking a 2 bedroom apartment but were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment that was so large we could have fit another entire group. We loved this place so much! I'll definitely be back when I'm in Jeddah again. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay.
